Virtual Yoga

To truly practice yoga means to acknowledge where you are at today. It’s not about how you compare to other people in the room or even how you compare to the expectations you have for yourself. It’s just about being where you are at and finding that zone between comfort and challenge. 


The beauty of Virtual Yoga is you don't have the stress of attending yoga at a studio:  

No Sitter, No Coordinated New Outfits, No Need to Be an Expert, No Hassle of Getting There... Just find a spot and log in.

This is YOUR practice, so YOU call the shots.

How It's Done

A Yoga Mat (or a towel if you have carpet, so you don't slip on the floor)

Your drink of choice (water, wine...whatever you'd like – I won’t know) 

Comfortable clothes (workout/yoga wear, sweats, a onesie...anything you can MOVE in)

An Open Mind (yoga may or may not be new for you, but virtual yoga is a little different from being in a studio)

1. Start on your hands and knees. Your hips should be hip-width distance apart and directly below your hips. Your wrists should be directly below your shoulders, fingers spread wide.

 

2. EXHALE and lift your hips, bringing your knees off the floor and reaching towards the ceiling with your backside.
