Affiliate Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These Affiliate Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your participation in the PositivePsychology.com BV (“PositivePsychology.com”) Affiliate Program (“Program”). By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Enrollment in the Program

To enroll in the Program, you must complete the Affiliate Program Application. Your participation in the Program is subject to PositivePsychology.com’s approval, which may be granted or withheld at its sole discretion. PositivePsychology.com may reject any application for any reason.

Affiliate Commissions

As an affiliate, you will receive a 20% commission on all sales you generate through your unique referral link, except for sales of subscription products (e.g., The Positive Psychology Toolkit). For subscription products, you will receive a 20% commission on the first year of subscription only. Commissions are paid out on a monthly basis, provided you have reached the minimum payment threshold specified in the Program.

Payment

Commissions will be paid via the payment method specified in the Program. It is your responsibility to provide accurate payment information and ensure it remains up-to-date.

Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you are responsible for promoting PositivePsychology.com’s products and services in a manner that complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical practices, and you must not make any false or unsubstantiated claims about PositivePsychology.com’s products or services.

Marketing Materials

PositivePsychology.com will provide you with promotional materials, such as banner ads, text links, and other assets, to assist you in promoting its products and services. You must use these materials in compliance with these Terms and any additional guidelines provided by PositivePsychology.com.

Intellectual Property

As an affiliate, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PositivePsychology.com’s trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property solely for the purpose of promoting its products and services under the Program. Any unauthorized use of PositivePsychology.com’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

Termination

PositivePsychology.com may terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, by providing you with written notice of termination. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using all promotional materials and intellectual property provided by PositivePsychology.com.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Modifications

PositivePsychology.com reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any such modifications.

Disclaimer

PositivePsychology.com makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, with respect to the Program or any products or services sold through the Program. In no event shall PositivePsychology.com be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the Program.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PositivePsychology.com BV and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in the Program.

By participating in the PositivePsychology.com Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
